REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURES FOR NEW APPLICANT

• The student must be officially enrolled in CDU.

• Present the receipt or proof of payment.

• No deposit required, need to pay two (2) months advance rental (consumable)

• Fill-out “DORMITORY REQUEST FORM” before paying to the Cashier.

• Present the receipt for validation.

• Submit one (1) pc. 2 x 2 photo any color.

• Sign contract (base on semester).
